Help build a new form of preventive care

At Blue Health Intelligence, we are building a new standard for preventive healthcare. In our health center in the heart of Amsterdam, we help people better understand and targetedly improve their health, based on medical data, a personal conversation, and concrete lifestyle advice.

We believe that we must collectively build a form of healthcare aimed at keeping people healthy, alongside the healthcare that helps people get well again. Healthcare with time and attention for the individual, yet affordable. A test with follow-up that helps people become healthier over time.

The health check is just the beginning. Our ambition is to build a platform that allows people to measure, track, and improve their health over time. We combine clinical data, wearables, AI, and personal guidance into one simple experience. In this way, we want to transition from a one-time health check to long-term guidance that actually helps people get and stay healthier.

For the next phase of Blue, we are not looking for a traditional clinic manager, but a doctor who wants to take full responsibility for our center in Amsterdam. Someone who stays on the clinic floor, makes the team better, monitors medical quality, and searches every day for how operations can be smarter and better.

This is a key role within Blue. That is why we are looking for someone who wants to commit to Blue for the long term and, with the right match, also participate as a shareholder in the company.

What will you do?

As Center Lead, you are ultimately responsible for the daily operations and quality of our health center. You combine leadership and operations with an active role as a physician: you will run health checks yourself for at least one to two shifts per week. As a result, you know exactly what is happening on the floor and can make improvements based on hands-on practice.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Operations: Ensuring the center runs smoothly, efficiently, and on schedule daily.

• Team: Managing, coaching, training, and developing the medical and operational team.

• Medical Quality: Monitoring protocols, auditing consultations, and acting as medical backup.

• Performance & Growth: Steering on KPIs, improving processes, and making the center scalable.

• Member Experience: Monitoring and continuously improving the quality and experience for our members.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a physician who wants to be more than just a doctor. Someone who is passionate about preventive healthcare and entrepreneurship: not just working within what already exists, but actively co-building how Blue develops further. You want to bear responsibility for something that is growing and are willing to invest a lot of energy into it.

• Are a physician and BIG-registered (or equivalent medical registration)

• Are proactive, assertive, and naturally take ownership

• See opportunities, propose solutions, and get things done

• Are a strong leader who can coach as well as hold people accountable

• Combine high medical standards with a practical, entrepreneurial mindset

• Feel at home in a fast-growing organization where not everything is set in stone

Experience managing a team or a clinical environment is a plus. We consider your mindset, leadership, and drive to build with us just as important.
