Help build a new form of preventative care

At Blue Health Intelligence, we are building a new standard for preventative healthcare. In our health center in the heart of Amsterdam, we help people better understand and actively improve their health, based on medical data, a personal consultation, and concrete lifestyle advice.

We believe that we must collectively build a form of healthcare aimed at keeping people healthy, alongside the healthcare that helps people get well again. Healthcare with time and attention for the individual, which remains affordable. A test with follow-up that helps people become healthier over time.

That is why we are looking for a resident physician (basisarts), lifestyle physician, or other physician with a strong interest in prevention who wants to become part of our team.

What will you do?

As a physician at Blue, you combine the interpretation of preventative health check results with personal advice. You discuss the results in an extensive consultation and translate them into understandable insights and concrete next steps.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preventative and lifestyle-oriented consultations at our center in Amsterdam

• Discussing and interpreting medical results and health risks

• Formulating personal, evidence-based recommendations

• Motivating clients to work on their health in a sustainable way

• Identifying when additional testing or regular medical care is required

• Contributing ideas on how we can further improve our medical protocols, customer journey, and services

Who are we looking for?

Above all, we are looking for someone who gets excited about what we are building.

You:

• Are a licensed physician (basisarts) with a BIG registration

• Have an interest in preventative medicine, lifestyle, and health optimization

• Communicate clearly, warmly, and without unnecessary medical jargon

• Enjoy guiding and motivating people

• Are curious and like to contribute ideas on how to improve things

• Work independently and diligently

• Feel comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment where not everything is set in stone

Experience with lifestyle medicine, general practice (huisartsenzorg), internal medicine, cardiology, or preventative care is a plus, but certainly not a requirement.

Even if you are, for example, an ANIOS (resident not in training), between two training programs, or consciously looking for a different way to work as a physician, we would love to connect with you.
