For our clinic in the heart of Amsterdam, we are looking for an enthusiastic Receptionist/Host (16–40 hours) who understands that a great experience begins as soon as someone steps through the door.

As a host, you are much more than the first point of contact. You ensure that our members feel welcome, seen, and at ease. With your energy, attention, and sense of hospitality, you contribute greatly to the atmosphere within our clinic.

✨ What will you be doing?

• You welcome members with a warm, personal, and professional approach

• You guide them during their visit and ensure everything runs clearly and smoothly

• You are the first point of contact for questions and always know who to involve

• You manage the agenda and help steer the daily planning in the right direction

• You ensure our clinic looks tidy, calm, and welcoming

• You support the medical team where necessary

• You see what can be improved or made smarter and actively brainstorm about the member experience

• You contribute to an environment where people truly feel at ease

💛 Who are we looking for?

We are mainly looking for someone with a natural passion for hospitality. Someone who gets energy from people, has an eye for detail, and goes that extra mile.

You are:

• representative, friendly, and strong in communication

• service-oriented and genuinely interested in people

• proactive and see what needs to be done without being asked

• good at multitasking and maintain an overview even during busy moments

• calm, professional, and welcoming

• enthusiastic to help build a young and fast-growing organization

Experience in hospitality, for example in a hotel, restaurant, premium service environment, or within healthcare, is a plus. But we find your personality and sense of service at least as important.
