Help build a new form of preventive care

At Blue Health Intelligence, we are building a new standard for preventive healthcare. In our health center in the heart of Amsterdam, we help people better understand and targetedly improve their health, based on medical data, a personal consultation, and concrete lifestyle advice.

We believe that we must collectively build a form of healthcare focused on keeping people healthy, alongside the healthcare that helps people get well. Healthcare with time and attention for the individual, yet affordable. A test, with follow-up that helps people become healthier over time.

That is why we are looking for a resident, lifestyle physician, or other physician with a strong interest in prevention to join our team.

What will you do?

As a physician at Blue, you combine the interpretation of the results of a preventive health check with personal advice. You discuss the results in an extensive consultation and translate them into understandable insights and concrete next steps.

You will be involved in, among other things:

• Preventive and lifestyle-oriented consultations at our center in Amsterdam

• Discussing and interpreting medical results and health risks

• Formulating personal, evidence-based advice

• Motivating clients to work sustainably on their health

• Identifying when additional research or regular medical care is needed

• Thinking along about how we can further improve our medical protocols, customer journey, and services

Who are we looking for?

We are primarily looking for someone who gets excited about what we are building.

You:

• Are a (resident) physician and BIG-registered

• Have an interest in preventive medicine, lifestyle, and health optimization

• Communicate clearly, warmly, and without unnecessary medical jargon

• Enjoy guiding and motivating people

• Are curious and like to think along on how things can be improved

• Work independently and meticulously

• Feel comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment where not everything is set in stone

Experience with lifestyle medicine, general practice, internal medicine, cardiology, or preventive care is a plus, but certainly not a requirement.

Also if you are, for example, a resident physician not in training (ANIOS), between two training programs, or consciously looking for a different way to work as a physician, we would love to talk to you.
